Are my files sent to a server?
No. Everything is processed on your iPhone, and the app even works in airplane mode. The final PDF is saved in Files › On My iPhone › Prelo PDF.
Do I need an account?
No. Prelo PDF has no sign-up and no login.
What is free and what is Pro?
Staple, Photos to PDF, Scan, opening password-protected PDFs and receiving PDFs from other apps are free forever. Organize, Compress and Split are part of Pro.
How does the 7-day trial work?
For the first 7 days after you first install the app, Pro is unlocked. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends: if you don’t subscribe, only the Pro tools ask for Pro again.
How do I open a PDF from another app?
In the other app, tap Share and choose Prelo PDF.
I got a new iPhone. How do I get Pro back?
On the Pro screen, tap “Restore Purchases” using the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. For now Prelo PDF is for iPhone; Android is on the roadmap.
Subscriptions and refunds
Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple. To cancel or change plans, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
